Healing Hands Homecare is a privately owned Skilled Nurse Registry that refers out skilled nursing professionals who offer in-homecare skilled nursing services that also include personal care, respite, wound care, homemaker and companion services to the vulnerable population of seniors, adults, disabled individuals and children ages 0-21 years old in the beautiful and local area of Jacksonville Florida. Servicing seniors is not the only service our skilled nursing professionals are passionate about. Our preferred professionals also work with children who have intellectual, medical and or physical disabilities.

Healing Hands Homecare caregivers do a wonderful job when it comes to servicing my husband. When we first started services we knew there was a chance he would have to go into rehab and he did. He went to rehab and came home 5 months later and Lala and her team was there to start back assisting right away.
